May you find meaning in everything you encounter.

To “mean” is to have in the mind as a purpose, an intention. Something meaningful describes an entity that holds significance and intent.

The idea of meaning is objectively displayed, yet we might not agree on what is meaningful, and what is meaningless. The assignment and determination of meaning and purpose is entirely subjective.

Everything that matters to you is determined based on what you assign to carry meaning. This point might seem obvious and easy to understand, but it is difficult to fully incorporate.

Our reality is determined by 3 major things: our MIND, our BELIEFS, and our SENSES.

Addiction disrupts all three of these.

If you’re convinced that reality is an unchangeable, rigid experience, consider the perception of this reality as subjective. Everything you do, think, and value influence your perception of the world around you.
